39. Off to Southerndown for an hour building a sandcastle. Unfortunately it seemed to make our colds a lot worse.

43. Quick trip to the park after school for a spin on the lattice roundabout.
44. Nana came over for tea and The Boy relished making a den behind her.
45. We made Welsh cakes for snacks this morning, before The Boy tootled off to circus skills and we then packed to come away for a few days to Cornwall.

A beautiful sunset, sometimes its my favourite time of day when you see all the colours in the sky.
I do love living so close to the beach. Its a great way of getting outside and having some fun, Southerndown is a great place to go.
