This was my mid-afternoon snack on day two of the Jenny Craig diet. The diet works bu having you eat six small meals to help keep your metabolism boosted and maintained. I was allowed a cup of milk and a snack bar for my break, and had to use one of my three allowances for the spoon of sugar, along with the free coffee. I'll admit that I'm finding this hard to be controlled, and boy was this coffee good!

Before the Chinese earlier, I was actually feeling quite good. Now I feel like a whale again so it will be back to the slog tomorrow. Yummy salad!
Bum. It's 11:30pm(ish) and now I fancy a coffee.

I've tried to be quite controlled with them over the past few weeks but I needed it!
how are you finding it? are the treats tasty at all?
That coffee looks delicious – I gave up tea & coffee 4 weeks ago as part of the fitness project I was taking part in; I really missed it at first but now I much prefer peppermint and liquorice tea.
