Who says? Get your wellies on and jump away! We're going off site tomorrow and I'm hoping to find a shop that sells them so I can get splashing. It would make me smile if I saw an adult splashing in them, no matter what age!
ive got wellies, and I splash in the puddles with the grandkids ( well grandson as granddaughter says she to old and gets embarrassed) .
same with snow, my mother went nuts at me at 9 months pregnant out building snowmen and having snowball fights

Puddles! I love them but it is not the done thing for a lady of 60to jump in them!

looks quite wet there, but rain on holiday never seems as bad as rain on a normal day!
