I'm really hoping that this isn't one of the last play times outside this year; there's only a few weeks left before 2015 arrives and it does seem to be getting more and more bitterly cold.

An after-school treat on our first day of term. School hours were reduced this week due to the NATO summit in Newport, so after his first day in my school we nipped down to the beach and enjoyed a white magnum before attempting to skim stones again.
