CBeebies CD (Review & Giveaway)

During half-term I dropped The Boy off for his normal nursery session and drove away singing to the CD. It was half a mile before I realised I'd been singing the theme tune to Rastamouse. Hastily I turned on the radio trying to regain my credibility.

Earlier today I could hear The Boy singing in the living room, I listened carefully and could hear him beautifully singing the tune to Woolly and Tig, getting every word correct.

This is a commonplace occurrence in our home at the moment, I've eaten heard Mr. TBaM singing Mike The Knight in the shower. He'll not be impressed with me for telling you this but hey-ho!

It's no coincidence that we've become word perfect on our favourite shows' theme tunes just weeks after receiving a copy of CBeebies: The Album. This album is an absolute must for all die-hard CBeebies fans and features over fifty theme tunes and songs from all the main programmes including Justinโ€™s House, Abadas, Raa Raa The Noisy Lion & Postman Pat.

The best bit is that for the first time it includes the CBeebies presenters' songs (including the seasonal and daily songs): Summer Song; Goodbye Sun, Hello Moon; Winter Song; The Big Fun Time Song; Christmas Song; Itโ€™s The Weekend; The Discovery Song; Lunchtime Song; The Birthday Song; The Time Has Come to Say Goodnight (2012 Version).

We love this CD collection and because it has two discs we can keep one in the car and one in the house to listen to.

CBeebies: The Album was released on 5th November 2012 and is available from a variety of stores including online here.

I like The Summer Song; the video was filmed where we go on holiday, in Scarborough and I sang it all the time to my son, Flynn, who cheered and clapped everytime i finished!!

Love goodbye sun, hello moon! Sing to Gemma each night.

Would love this cd although Gemma is obsessed with Woolly and Tig and may be "again again" in the car like with the TV when it is on.

We're actually quite new to the cBeebies presenters songs as Bud has really only started to want to watch them in the last 3 months or so but we are loving the Autumn Song at the moment. I find myself singing the songs all the time too, especially 'Show Me. Show Me.'

We really liked last years winter one, "winter winter here we come, frost and snow CBeebies fun!" ๐Ÿ˜€ ok then we like the birthday song as it comes on in the morning when we're getting dressed and the kids like looking at the pictures ๐Ÿ˜€

Has to be the Goodnight song – not only does it sooth my jangled nerves, it's also telling me that its not going to be long before I get some peace and quit ๐Ÿ™‚
