Byron Bay Cookies (Review & Giveaway)

I have an incredibly sweet tooth and am a bit of a sucker for anything biscuit shaped. I normally refrain from buying them apart from for a coffee session, and because our baby and toddler group is a) a bit rubbish and doesn't get how these things work and b) full of working mums, no-one ever turns up so I'm forced to eat them all myself. FORCED!

Therefore when Byron Bay Cookies asked if they could send me a selection of their finest, I scrambled to my keyboard to say, 'Yes please!' and then eagerly awaited their delivery. Turns out they don't appear instantly though, so I was pleasantly surprised (because I have a memory like a sieve and forget) to see 'a selection' had been delivered a few days later.

Byron Bay Cookies

Having a received a bit more than 'a selection', I was incredibly impressed to discover the more exotic flavours of; Ginger & Walnut, Fig & Pecan, Lemon & Macademia Nut Shortbread, alongside the more conventional Triple Choc Fudge and Milk Choc Chunk. The cookies are large and thick, crunchy but with a melt-in-the-mouth consistency at the same time. The best cookie flavour, as far as The Boy was concerned, was the Dotty cookie which has coloured choc buttons (i.e. Smarties) all over the top of the milk chocolate chunk cookie.

In addition to the above flavours, Byron Bay Cookies have also launched a range of gluten-free cookies of the above flavours (Triple Choc Fudge, White Choc Chunk & Macademia Nuts, Strawberries & Clotted Cream, Sticky Date, Ginger & Walnut Dotty – all gluten-free) which have been registered with Coeliac UK.

These cookies are yummy, a definite treat when out and about in coffee shops and cafes.

I'm fortunate to be able to offer two lucky readers a selection box of these cookies. To be in with a chance of winning, simply fill in the Rafflecopter form below.

I was sent these cookies for the purpose of this review. My opinion is honest and unbiased.

Any chocolate cookie, or any cookie or any biscuit or a cake, actually anything sweet. Heck it doesn't even have to be sweet.

To sum it up any food at all
