SIGG Eco Bottle: Undersea Poetry (Review & Competition)

As you may know, I am a SIGG Mummy which involves us reviewing products for SIGG Eco Bottles. We've had bottles sent to us for all the family for both hot and cold drinks, and also food storage tins. Every single product we have, we use throughout the week and test them to destruction. Only you would really need to do some damage to destroy these bottles.

Take my bottle for instance: it comes out in my handbag with my every time I leave the house and comes into school with me on my working days. It's covetted by all the girls in the school, goes in many different classes and everyone knows which bottle I'm talking about if I've left it in a classroom. I've dropped it on the playground countless times. Granted, there are small dents in it to show for it's playground antics, but they just add to the appeal of my SIGG bottle. These specially crafted bottles are tough and durable, they can stand a fall over on the tarmac.

What they can't stand is a child taking exception to me telling them off, and then hiding it from me. On a permanent basis, you understand.

So I was sent a new bottle to keep me hydrated, and it is from the latest Spring/Summer collection. If it's possible, it's even more pretty than my old one:

Undersea Poetry

This beautiful metallic pink bottle with an aqualife design on it, is just the right size to keep me hydrated through the day. In work I refill it several times throughout the day (and keep a very close eye on it away from vengeful children), and it fits perfectly into my handbag for when I'm out and about during the day. The Undersea Poetry bottle is 0.6l in size which is ideal for keeping you topped up on a hot and sunny day. It comes with the standard screw cap, but for only Β£1 it can be changed to one of the other styles; I have an active-top with a white flip lid on mine.

I can't rate SIGG Eco Bottles highly enough; long-lasting and durable, the new designs really liven up an otherwise fairly standard item. In the year since we've been a SIGG family, I haven't bought a bottle of water. Think how much plastic (and money) we've saved?

Losing a kidney means its even more important to keep hydrated, as less water in me means my blood thickens and makes the kidneys job even harder.

My favourite summer drink is actually water. I drink loads, love the flavour and it doesn't give me gas!

Sigh! Its so hot I could do with my favourite summer drink right now…an icy cold pint of Stella Artois! But I must lose a few pounds as so I don't drink beer as often as I'd like! I'll settle for a diet coke! Thanks for the competition, Sigg bottles are great!

Peach Ice Tea, its just so refreshing when served in a tall tumbler with ice & a mint leaf. We had a jug full this afternoon whilst we was in the garden.
